You are entitled to exchange purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order. The basic shipping cost (from the store to your address) will be deducted in accordance with the shipping policy applicable to your country (please refer to shipping and exchange fees).
The company is responsible for the condition of the product from the time of shipment until delivery. Therefore, you must notify the company within 48 hours of receiving the order if there is any defect or issue with the product.
After 48 hours from the time of receipt, the company reserves the right to determine whether the defect occurred before or after delivery.
If you wish to exchange only part of your order and keep the remaining items, only the reverse shipping cost (from the customer to the store) will be deducted.
In some countries, free shipping is offered when the order reaches a certain value. In the case of an exchange, reverse shipping fees will be deducted. If the updated order value no longer qualifies for free shipping, the basic shipping cost will also be deducted.
All items returned for exchange will be inspected to ensure they are unused, unworn, and free from any damage, stains, odors, perfumes, or signs of misuse.
The exchange process may take up to 14 days from the date the company receives the returned items.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, incomplete information, or an incorrect recipient name, additional shipping fees will be charged
